Zasttra offers free delivery only on orders over R500. They use door-to-door couriers or the Post Office counter-to-counter Speedservice. You can collect at the warehouse only if you are in Pietermaritzburg. They promise that shipping takes place within 48 hours of payment but delivery times might vary. You can track the status of your order in your account.
Zasttra offers a minimum of 3 months warranty. Their returns policy is fairly convoluted but breaks down to that, depending on the applied return policy, you may return your item within 7 calendar days. The countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel. You have to pay the return courier/shipping. There are lots of T&C’s.
There are several support avenues open to customers. There is a call center at 087 237 4746, a whole lot of help and FAQ pages, an e-mail contact form and if that is not enough online chatbox where you can write a question and they get back to you.
There don’t seem to be any Social Media links for Zasttra.
